What sets Padres Unidos apart is our intentional and culturally responsive outreach approach. Our success in engaging families is built on decades of combined education and experience related to cultural adaptation, community resistance, social and economic realities, generational differences, and the unique strengths of the communities we serve.

Rather than waiting for families to come to us, Padres Unidos actively reaches out within the communities where families live, work, and gather. We respectfully invite participation and provide varying levels of services designed to meet families where they are in their journey.

Through initiatives such as Coffee with Parents, The Voice Campaign, door-to-door engagement, phone outreach, and the distribution of digital and printed materials, we remove barriers to participation and foster trust. These efforts increase community involvement and create a strong foundation for the success of our programs.
